Letter of Attorney Daniel Hoover Know all men by these presents that I Daniel Hoover at to present of Wheeling Virginia reposing full and intire Jacob Hoover Confidence in my son Jacob Hoover, do hereby Constitute and appoint him my true and Lawful attorney to sell or dispose of a certain tract of land containing two hundred acres with the usual allowance more or less lying in Huntingdon County Allegheny Township in the State of Pennsylvania on the head waters of Juniata River, and I do further Authorise him to receive all debts due me in the said County, and to pay or Cause to be paid all my Just debts, and to Act in every case as I might or could legally do if I were present myself here by ratifying and Confirming whatever he my said Attorney may or shall legally to in the premises. In Testimony where of I have here unto set my hand and Seal this 6th day of April 1805.
