Dean. Grand Inquest return a true bill and now to wit at Aug Ses. 1818 (11th day). Defendant being arraigned pleads non cul, et de hoc. Atty Genl similiter & a jury of the county being called be allotted and sworn or affirmed to wit: Benjamin Armitage, Michl Mirsly, Robert Hannah, William Sample, Thel Green, William Porter, Michael Mirely, John Wright, John Kuhn, Adam Snyder, Matthew Campbell, William Reed who find the Defendant not guilty & that William Dean Prosecutor pay the costs but not the four dollars to the county - Sentence of the court that William Dean pay the costs of the prosecution be in custody of the Sheff till the sentence of the court is complied with.
