Commonwealth vs. John Koon

Indictment apt on Wm. Dean.  Grand Inquest return a true bill and now 
to wit at Aug Ses. 1818 (11th day).  Defendant being arraigned pleads 
non cul, et de hoc.  Atty Genl similiter & a jury of the county being 
called be allotted and sworn or affirmed to wit: Benjamin Armitage, 
Michl Mirsly, Robert Hannah, William Sample, Thel Green, William 
Porter, Michael Mirely, John Wright, John Kuhn, Adam Snyder, Matthew 
Campbell, William Reed who find the Defendant not guilty & that William 
Dean Prosecutor pay the costs but not the four dollars to the county - 
Sentence of the court that William Dean pay the costs of the 
prosecution be in custody of the Sheff till the sentence of the court 
is complied with. Wit sum for court.
