Served the within Writ of Ejectment March 6th 1888 on the within named Emma Miller by handing to her a true and attested copy and explaining to her it's purport. Huntingdon County, SS The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to the Sheriff of Said County, Greeting: You are hereby commanded that you summon Emma Miller to appear before the Judges of the Court of Common Pleas in and for said County, to be holden at Huntingdon, on the 2d Monday of May next, then and there to answer to a certain complaint made by David Snyder Guardian of Amanda Miller and David G. Miller that she the said Emma Miller has now in her actual possession All that certain house and lot of ground situate on the west side of Iron Street in the town of Rock Hill, County of Huntingdon and state of Pennsylvania Containing in front or breadth on said Iron Street thirty three feet and four inches and extending in length of depth westward that width One hundred and fifty feet to an Alley Twenty feet wide bounded on the last by said Iron Street on the South by lot now or formerly of the Rock Hill Iron, and Coal Company, Numbered ten Iron Street On the West by Said twenty feet wide alley On the North by lot Numbered 6 Iron Street, belonging now or formerly to N. G. Edwards, being lot No Eight Iron Street in the town plot of Said town of Rock Hill. the title or right of possession to which the Plaintiff says is in him, and not in the Defendant, all which he, the said Plaintiff avers he is prepared to prove before our said Court.
