Cremer To all people to whom these presents shall come, John Murrits, David Murrits, George Murrits, John Jacobs and Molly (his wife, by their attorney in fact Thomas P. Campbell) and Mary Murrits heirs of Michael Murrits dec. of the Township of Henderson, County of Huntingdon and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Send Greeting. Know ye that the said John Murrits, David Murrits, George Murrits, John Jacobs & Molly, his wife, and Mary Murrits for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars, have remised, released and forever quit claimed unto Theodore H. Cremer, Esquire, of the borough and County of Huntingdon and Commonwealth aforesaid, and to his heirs and assigns forever, all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of them the said John Murrits, David Murrits, George Murrits, John Jacobs and Molly, his wife late Molly Murrits and Mary Murrits of in and to all that tract of land containing two hundred and sixty six acres, be the same more or less, situate in Henderson township aforesaid, bounded by lands of the heirs of Alexander Gwin, Esquire, deceased, lands of Elisha Shoemaker, and John McCahan, it being the same tract of land sold by the Sheriff of Huntingdon County, as the property of George Murrits, Senior and purchased by the said Theodore H. Cremer, Esquire, with the appurtenances, to have and to hold the said messuage and tract of land and premises above mentioned unto the said Theodore H. Cremer, Esquire his heirs and assigns forever. So that neither the said John Murrits, David Murrits, George Murrits, John Jacobs and Molly, his wife, and Mary Murrits, nor their heirs, nor any other person or persons for them or in their names or right shall or may by any ways or means, whatsoever, at any time hereafter, claim, challenge or demand any estate, right, title or interest, of, in, or to the said messuage, lands or premises, or any part thereof but from all and every action and actions, estate, right, title, interest, of, in, or to the said messuage, claim and demand to any part of the said premises, they and every of them shall be forever barred by these presents, and the said John Murrits, David Murrits, George Murrits, John Jacobs and Molly, his wife late Molly Murrits and Mary Murrits and their heirs the said messuage, lands, hereditaments and premises with the appurtenances to the said Theodore H. Cremer, Esquire, his heirs and assigns, against them the said John Murrits, David Murrits, George Murrits, John Jacobs and Molly, his wife, and Mary Murrits, their heirs and assigns shall and warrant and forever defend. In witness whereof the said parties have hereunto set their hands and seals, the fifth day of April A.D. eighteen hundred and fifty three. Sealed and delivered in presence of M. F. Campbell. Release of and from the releaser Theodore H. Cremer, Esquire, the full consideration money mentioned therein. Witness - M. F. Before me the recorder of deeds in and for said county, personally came John Murrits, David Murrits, George Murrits, John Jacobs and Molly, his wife by their attorney in fact Thomas P. Campbell, and the said Molly Jacobs and Mary Murrits and acknowledged the above and foregoing deed of release as and for their act and deed for the purposes therein set forth and desired that the same might be recorded as such. She the said Molly being just age, separate and apart from her said husband by me first being examined upon such separate examination did declare and say that she did execute and as her act and deed deliver the same of her own free will and accord voluntarily and without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband.
