1853 No 41. In the matter of the citation of this Court granted at
November term last to James Potter Guardian of Maria J. Moore to settle
his account of his guardianship of Said Maria J. Moore, the said
Guardian not obeying said citation and no account being filed, Now 20'
January 1853 a motim alias Citation awarded to said guardian commanding
him to settle and pass his said account as guardian aforesaid -- (See No
199 November term 1852)
