January Term 1853
1853 No 40. The petition of Joseph McCoy and Eliza McCoy, Henry J Swoope
and Mary Ann Swoope, Henry Laver and Susanna Laver, Samuel Henshy Louisa
Henshy and Peter C. Swoope by their attorney in fact David Snare Esq.
Was read setting forth. That they are interested in the Estate of Mrs.
Elizabeth Swoope late of said County deceased. That letters of
Administration upon said estate were granted to David Africa Esq. That
more than one year has elapsed since said Letters were granted and said
Administrator has not filed any account of his Administration. And
prayed the Court to award a citation in the usuel form commanding said
Administrator to letter his account at least thirty days before next
term. Whereupon January 20 AD 1853 it is considered and citation awarded
agreeably to the prayer of the Petitioner.
