All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/pafiles.htm __________________________________________ Frankstown Township Written: October 12, 1789 Recorded: February 23, 1791 Huntingdon County Deed Book A - 1 page 443 Deed Poll William Devinney to Abraham Robison Know all men by these presents that I William Devinney of Huntingdon County Frankstown Township state of Pennsylvania for and in consideration of the sum of four pounds to me in hand paid by Abraham Robison of said township, county, and state aforesaid hath bargained sold and by these presents doth bargain sell convey and transfer all and singular my right title interest, claim and demand of and unto a certain warrant granted unto me in the land office on the thirtieth day of January one thousand seven hundred and eighty six for one hundred acres of land in Bedford County adjoining lands of John McDonald's on the south and Canoe Mountain on the East and said location being made void by prior rights I do hereby covenant grant and agree with the aforesaid Abraham Robison for the consideration aforesaid my whole and sole right title claim and demand to said warrant and the land now surveyed in pursuance of said warrant to him his heirs and assigns forever against me my heirs executors administrators & assigns or any person or persons claiming or to claim from by or under me or them or any of them. In Testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand and fixed my seal this twelfth day October in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine.
