(Both in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania) of the other part. Witneseth that where as We aforesaid Benjamin Elliot Esq. obtained a Deed of the Reverend William Smith D.D. the Propriator of the Town of Huntingdon aforesaid for (eight un_ie lots of grount) Bearing date the fifth day of August one thousand seven hundred and Eighty six and kown by their several Numbers as is incerted in the __ Deed Recorded in the Recorders office for the County of Bedford in Book B page 275 the 9th Day of September 1786. ___ reference there unto had may more fully and at large Appear. Now this Indenture Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the Sum of five pounds ten Shillings Current money of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania aforesaid, to him the aforesaid Benjamin Elliott Esq. in hand well and truly paid by the aforesaid Lodwick Hoover the Receipt whereof the Said Benjamin Elliot Esq. doth hereby acknowledge hath granted given released and Confirmed & by these presents doth give, grant, sell _______________ . . . .
