To hold to the said Christian Koon his heirs and assigns forever. Face and discharged from us, our heirs executors and administrators and every other person lawfully claiming the same - In witness whereof we have hereunto set out hands and seals the 23d day of January 1835. Galbraith John Hyston Huntingdon County SS Before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the Peace in and for said county personally appeared John Kays and Jane and acknowledged the above assignment to be their act and deed and desired it might be recorded as such she the said Jane being of full age and by me examined separate and apart from her husband the contents thereof being by me first fully made known to her, declared that she did and of her own free will and accord and the same as her act and deed did deliver without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband.
