Know all men by these presents that I George Kuns of the County of Montgomery and state of Ohio son of George Kuns of Allegheny Township in the County of Huntingdon and state of Pennsylvania for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and eight six dollars and sixty six and one third cents to be in hand paid by the said George Kuns Sen the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged to by these presents release acquit and discharge the said George Kuns my father his heirs executors and administrators of and from all legacies dues duties and demands whatsoever which I my heirs executors and administrators may or could have claimed or demands for or against the said George Kuns my father his executors or administrators on account of my being an heir at law of the said George Kuns of Pennsylvania. Witness my hand and seal the seventeenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventeen. Before me John Folkerth a Justice of the peace within and for the county aforesaid personally came George Kuns who signed the within release and acknowledged the within release to be his voluntary act and deed for the --- and --- therein contained. Stanbleve Clerk Relinquishment of George Kuns Junr part of his father's estate To all persons whom it may concern be it remembered that I George Kuns Jun of the Township of Frankstown in the County of Huntingdon state of Pennsylvania doth hereby relinquish and forever Qit [sic] claim to any part of my Father's estate excepting the Plantation I now live on and that only by & agreeable to the contract my father and myself have entered into & excepting what part my father leave me either by a verbal or written will or Testament at or before his death and in testimony hereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal the eighth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and two. Cune Esq and being sworn by me according to law did depose and say that they were personally present and did see George Kuns late of Frankstown Township in said county sign seal and deliver the above release to his father George Kuns of Allegheny Township in said county and that they signed the said release as witnesses thereto and that the names of James Sommervil and Joseph W.
