Smith, administrator de ---- with the will annexed of Richard Neare the younger deceased, by indenture under his hand and seal bearing date the twenty-eighth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty-three for the consideration therein mentioned did grant and confirm unto Samuel R. Wilson and to his heirs and assigns all that tract or piece of land situate in Shirley Township in the County and State aforesaid, bounded and described as follows, viz: Beginning at a post being also a corner of a tract of land sold by the said John C. Smith to James Clark, thence by a part of the same survey South nineteen degrees West two hundred and one perches to a post; thence by lands of Solomon Beyers North forty seven and a half degrees West fifty seven perches and eight tenths to a white oak; thence by part of the same survey North eight five and a half degrees West ninety perches to a post; thence by the Chestnut ridge, North twenty and a half degrees East one hundred and ninety perches to a hickory grub; thence by part of this same survey South seventy five degrees and a half East one hundred and thirty five perches and six tenths to the place of beginning, containing one hundred and forty nine acres and thirty two perches and eight tenths with allowance of six per cent with the appurtenances, To hold the same to him his heirs and assigns forever as in and by the said — indenture, recorded in the office for recording of Deeds in and for said County, the third day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty six in Book D page 1711, relation being thereunto had appears, and whereas the said Samuel R. Wilson by indenture under his hand and seal bearing date the twenty sixth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty six for the consideration therein mentioned did grant and confirm unto Eli Wakefield and to his heirs and assigns all that tract or piece of land above mentioned recorded in the office for recording of Deeds in and for said County the thirteenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty six in Book D page 172 – relation being those who hands appear witnesseth that the said Eli Wakefield and Elizabeth his wife for and in consideration therein mentioned by deed bearing date the first day of May in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine did grant and confirm unto John McMillen and to his heirs and assigns all that tract or piece of land above mentioned, recorded in the office for recording of Deeds in and for said County onthe twenty ninth day of October one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine – allowances s aforesaid hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned or intended so to be with the appurtenances (except as before excepted) unto the said James Myton Jr. His heirs and assigns, to the only proper use and behoof of the said James Myton Jr. His heirs and assigns forever. And the said Jonathan R. Wilson and Elizabeth his wife for themselves and their heirs do covenant to and with the said James Myton Jr. And his heirs and assigns, that they, the aid Jonathan R. Wilson and Elizabeth his wife now are at the time of the sealing and delivery of these presents lawfully, rightfully and absolutely seized of, in, or will and sufficiently entitled unto all and singular the said messuages, farms, lands, hereditaments and premises hereinbefore mentioned and described by boundaries, and to each and every acre thereof with their and every of their rights, — and appurtenances of a good, sure, perfect, absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee simple without any incumbrance (except as before excepted and the charge of the widow of James Anderson deceased) condition, trust, power or revocation, remainder or limitation of any use or uses or other restraint, matter or thing whatsoever, to alter, change, defeat, encumber or make void the same. And the said Jonathan R. Wilson, for himself, his heirs, executors and administrators and for and on the behalf of the said Elizabeth his wife doth further covenant, grant and agree to and with the said James Myton Jr. His heirs and assigns by these presents that he the said Jonathan R. Wilson and his heirs the said above mentioned and described messuage, tenement or tract of lands containing two hundred and thirty seven acres and thirty perches, hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned or intendedd so to be, and each and every acre thereof with the appurtenances unto the said James Myton, Jr. His heirs and assigns against him the said Jonathan R. Wilson and his heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same by, from or under him, them or any of them shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents. In witness whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeable set their hands and seals the day and year above written. Jonathan R.
