	Deed
	Daniel McMullen to Edward McMullen

This Indenture made this tenth day of September in the year of our Lord one
thousand seven hundred & ninety eight between Daniel McMullen of Dublin
Township, Huntingdon County of the one part and Edward McMullen of the Township
and County aff of the other part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the
sum of fifty pounds to me in hand paid by the said Edward McMullen the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold and by these presents
doth grant bargain sell enfeoff release and confirm unto the said Edward
McMullen his heirs executors administrators or assigns all that tract of land
situate in Dublin Township and County aff bounded by land of Samuel Briggs on
the West Roberts Vaughn on the South & widow Jones on the North containing three
hundred acres more or less Together with all & singular the hereditiments &
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining & the reversions
remainders rents issues & profits of the aff premises and all the estate right
title interest claim & demand whatsoever of him the said Daniel McMullen To have
and to hold the said tract of Land with the appurtenances unto the said Edward
McMullen his heirs or assigns to the only proper use and behoof of him the S.
Edward McMullen his heirs and assigns forever Subject to the yearly taxes that
may become due thereon and the said Daniel McMullen for himself and his heirs
doth covenant & promise grant & agree to & with the aff Edward McMullen his
heirs tht he the said Daniel McMullen for himself and his heirs that the aff
premises unto the said Edward McMullen & every part thereof against him the said
Daniel McMullen & his heirs & against all and every other person or persons
whatsoever lawfully claiming the aff premises of any part thereof will warrant &
forever defend.

In witness whereof the said Daniel McMullen hath hereunto set his hand & affixed
his Seal the day & year first above written.
