Brice McMullen This Indenture made the third day of April in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and sixty three between William McMullen of Tell Township County of Huntingdon and State of Penn and Nancy his wife of the one part and William Brice McMullen of the same township county and State of the other part. Witnesseth that the said William McMullen and Nancy his wife for and in consideration of the sum of Twelve Hundred dollars lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truly paid by the said William Brice McMullen at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained, sold aliened enfeoffed released and confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release and confirm unto the said William Brice, his heirs and assigns, all that farm or tract of land lying and being situate in Tell Township County of Huntingdon and State of Pennsylvania known as the mansion farm of the aforesaid William McMullen bounded and described as follows. Beginning at a post at new road thence along other land of said William McMullen, north thirty six degrees west, one hundred and seven perches to post on Eberts lands, thence north thirty-five degrees Eighteen perches to stump, thence South fifty seven degrees east Eight perches to stone, thence North twenty one degrees East two perches to post, thence north thirty one degrees, East thirty two perches to W. Oak, thence North twenty eight degrees East east thirty six perches to W. Oak, thence thirty five degrees East fifty five perches to post at —, thence South forty three degrees East fourteen perches to post thence South forty eight degrees East twenty four perches to post, thence Ssouth forty four degrees East fifty perches to post, thence North forty eight degrees East twenty four perches to post on Gifford land, thence south fifty degrees, East sixty seven perches to C. Oak thence South thirty four degrees west forty six & half perches to pine down, thence North fifty degrees west twenty seven perches to post, thence south thirty one degrees west two perches to pose, thence South twenty two degrees west twenty two perches, thence north eighty six ½ degrees west twenty perches to R. O. stump thence South forty degrees west thirty five perches to post, thence west fifteen perches to post on Blairs land, thence South thirty six degrees west, sixty nine perches to post the place of beginning containing one hundred and thirty three acres and allowance a refference to other deeds will more fully appear. Together with all and singular, the said farm with ways, waters, water courses, Rights, Liberties, Privileges, Hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders rents issues and profits thereof, and all the ---- right, title, interest property claim and demand whatsoever of them the said William McMullen and Nancy his wife in law equity or otherwise howsoever of in and to the same and every part thereof, to have and to hold the said farm or tract of land with the hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said William Brice McMullen, his heirs and assigns, to and for the only property use and behoof of the said William Brice McMullen his heirs and assigns forever. And the said William McMullen and Nancy his wife, their heirs, all and singular, the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances, unto the said William Brice McMullen his heirs and assigns, against them the said William McMullen and Nancy his wife their heirs all and singular and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, shall and will warrant and forever defend. In witness whereof the said parties to thse presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals.
