Between William McMullin of Tell Township Huntingdon County and state of Pennsylvania ---- his wife of the one part and John McMullin ------ Trustees in trust and their successors in office of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Willliam McMullin and Nancy his wife for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to them in hand paid by the said Trustees as well as other good causes and considerations have granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell, alien, enfeoff, and confirm ALL of the following described ___ or piece of land with the appurtenances belonging thereunto and the buildings thereon erected unto the aforesaid trustees and their successors in office in trust as the property of the Church of the United Brethren in Christ forever. Bounded and limited as follows viz: beginning at a post on the side of the public road leading to Blairs Mills south thirty eight and a half degrees East sixteen perches to a pine on the line of Samuel Briggs land north forty seven degrees east twenty three perches and one fifty to a post south eighty five degrees west twenty six perches and one half to the place of beginning containing one acre and five perches neat measure being part of a larger tract of land held by William McMullin aforesaid and hereby conveyed unto said Trustees and their successors in office for the purpose of a place to bury the dead and holding preaching and other meetings for the benefit of said church forever. Together with all and singular the buildings and improvements thereon made or erected. To have and to hold the said described piece of land with the appurtenances unto the said Trustees and their successors in office for the feneefit and use of said church and for no other purpose or use whatsoever than a place of holding public sorship. And the said William McMullin and Nancy his wife doth for themselves and their heirs covenant promise grant and agree to and with the foresaid trustees and their successors in office to warrant and defend the same from all and every persom whomsoever claiming the same or any part thereof from under or through them or any of them.
