Witnesseth that the said Aron Robison for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and eighty eight dollars to him in hand paid by the said John Coon and Elizabeth his wife at or before the unsealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged he the said Aron Robison hath granted bargained sold enfeoffed released and confirmed and by these presents doth give grant bargain enfeoff release and confirm unto the said John Coon and Elizabeth his wife his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate in Huntingdon County Frankstown township on the north side of Piney Ridge on the waters of Frankstown branch of Juniata River. Beginning at a black oak and running north sixty five degrees east one hundred and twenty six perches to a white oak thence north thirty four degrees west eight perches to a post thence south sixty two degrees west sixty five perches to a which oak thence north five degrees east seventy eight perches to a post thence north sixty five and half degrees west ninety nine perches (adjoining lands of Sukesby & Litle) to a chestnut oak thence south nineteen and a half degrees east two hundred and twenty eight perches to the place of beginning containing ninety five acres and one hundred and twenty three perches with the usual allowance for roads & surveyed the twelfth day of October one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine in pursuance of a warrant dated the thirtieth day of January one thousand seven hundred and eighty six. Together with all and singular the houses out houses barns stables ways woods waters water courses rights liberties privileges hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate right title interest property claim and demand of him the Aron Robison in law equity or otherwise. To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land of ninety five acres and one hundred and twenty six perches hereditaments and premises hereby granted or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said John Coon and Elizabeth his wife their heirs and assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the said John Coon and his wife Elizabeth their heirs and assigns forever. In testimony whereof the parties have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.
