We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. _________________________________________________ Huntingdon County, PA Deed Book H-1 Page 504 Deed Peter Will & Wife to William Miller This Indenture made the fourteenth day of May in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and One Between Peter Will of the Borough of Huntingdon in the County of Huntingdon & Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Cooper and Margaret his Wife of the one Part and William Miller of the same Place Taylor of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Peter Will & Margaret his Wife for and in Consideration of the Sum of Thirty three Pounds Lawful Money in Pennsylvania to them in Hand Paid by the said William Miller on or before the ensealing and delivery hereof the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Have Granted, Bargained, Sold aliened enfeoffed Released and Confirmed & by there presents do grant bargain Sell alien enfeoff Release and Confirm unto the said William Miller his Heirs and Assigns Thirty feet on Allegheny Street of that Lot of Ground in the Borough of Huntingdon marked in the Plan of said Borough Number Sixty four to be taken off the West side of said Lot being Part of the said Peter Wills Lot Granted and Conveyed to him by Alex McConnell Esq of the Town of Huntingdon by Deed bearing date the first day of May AD 1798. To have and to hold the said described part of the Lot of Ground aforesaid with all and Singular the Houses buildings, hereditament unto the said Miller his Heirs and Assigns to and for the only proper use and behoof of said William Miller his Heirs and assigns for ever Subject Nevertheless to the First Rent due on or to become due on said part hereby Lot. In Witness whereof the Parties have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands & Seals the day & Year first before written.
