Richard Parson was acquitted of the charge of disturbing a religious meeting in tell township. Costs divided between defendant and the prosecutor, James Jones. John Mapes, indicted for false pretence, was acquitted, but sentenced to pay the costs. Birchwood Graham plead guilty to larceny. He was sentenced to the Reformatory. John Hershey, Jr., plead guilty to the charge of pointing a firearm. Sentenced to pay the costs and a fine of $5; also to serve 30 days in county jail.
