Union Shortly after midnight Tuesday morning fire broke out in the one- story frame building on Jefferson Street, Mount Union occupied by H. L. Norris, harness dealer, and manufacturer. The fire is supposed to have originated from an overheated stove and the building and contents are a total loss. The fire company responded promptly and did good work. Considerable alarm was felt when the fire broke out as it was close to the new post office building and just across the street from H. W. Maxwell's dynamite house, but the flames were confined to the store in which they originated. The building which belonged to Postmaster I. N. Taylor, and contents were partially rueured [sic].
