Baker died on Tuesday, Oct. 22nd, at 6.30 p.m. at the home of his wife's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Milford Hicks, of 317 Washington street, from the effects of Spanish influenza and pneumonia. Deceased was the son of Harry and Minnie Baker, of 705 Seventh street, and was aged about 26 years. On April 25, 1917, he was united in marriage to Miss Esther Hicks, who survives him, also by his parents and two brothers, Harry and William, both at home. Funeral services were conducted on Friday afternoon at 2.30 by the Rev. George S. Womer, from the residence of his parents on Seventh street.
