A hospital patient since February 2, she had been in failing health for one week. Born January 23, 1880 in Huntingdon County, she was a daughter of the late Abraham and Margaret Ramsey Lamberson. She married Luden K. Chilcote, who preceded her in death. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Isabel Corson of Lock Haven, with whom she resided, and Mrs. Phyllis Steiner of Sebring, Fla. There are five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Mrs. Chilcote had lived in Lock Haven for the past three years, but the greater part of her life was spent in the Mount Union and Rockhill Furnace area. She was a charter member of the Order of Eastern Star, Chapter 280, Mount Union and was one of the first worthy matrons of the organization. Graveside services will be held Thursday, February 15 at 2:30 p.m. from the Orbisonia Cemetery. The Rev. Russell L. Looker will officiate. There will be no visitation.
