CISNEY Charles Brady Cisney, a well known Huntingdon County lumberman and businessman, of Blairs Mills, R.D., died on Saturday, August 9, 1969, at 12:30 p.m. at theLewistown Hospital where he had been a patient for 3 (?) days. He was born in Tell Township, Huntingdon County, on October 27, 1903, a son Of Charles W. and Nannie (Flood) Cisney. He was united in marriage to Nellie Campbell of Lack Township on October 17, 1924 at Hagerstown, Md. His wife survives with the following children: Mrs. Dean (Lena) Berrier of Shade Gap R.D., Andrew of Fayetteville, and Mrs. Wanda Scott of Chambersburg. One son, Russell, preceded him in death. Seven grandchildren survive. Also surviving are several brothers and sisters: Mrs. Grace Parsons of Dry Run, James and Clyde, both of Blairs Mills, Mrs. Alfaretta Walters of Shade Gap and Foster of McConnellsburg. A half-brother, Budd Cisney, Port Royal, and a half-sister Mrs. Sarah Swan of Alexandria survive. Cisney was a member of the Methodist faith. He was a member of the Blairs Mills ___ Club and the V.P.O.E 976 in Huntingdon. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 12, at 2:00 at the Ott Funeral Home, Orbisonia. The Rev. Richard Deitrich of the Neelyton Methodist Charge will officiate.
