NELLIE I. CISNEY

  Nellie Irene Cisney, 84, who lived with her daughter, Wanda Bentz of 615 
Stillmeadow Lane, York, died at 12:05 a.m. on Sunday, March 29, 1987 at Rest 
Haven-York Nursing Home, York.  Before moving to York she had lived with another 
daughter, Lena Berrier, in Shade Gap.
  She was born on Jan. 15, 1903, in Lack Township, Juniata County, a daughter of 
Joshua and Ada (Reeder) Campbell.  She was united in marriage to Charles Brady 
Cisney on Oct. 17, 1924.  Her husband preceded her in death on Aug. 19, 1969.
  Surviving are three children; Lena Berrier of Shade Gap, Andrew Cisney of 
Fayetteville and Wanda Bentz of York; seven grandchildren; 12 great-
grandchildren; a brother, Maurice Campbell of Reeds Gap; and two sisters; 
Minerva Goshorn of Mt. Holly Springs and Ruth Spidel of Harrisburg.
  A son, Russell, preceded in death in 1961.  Three brothers and three sisters 
also preceded her in death.
  Mrs. Cisney was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith.
  Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1, at the Martin 
R. Brown Funeral Home in Orbisonia.  The Rev. MacClellan Fortney and the Rev. 
Bruce Bardin will officiate.  Interment will be made in Salem Cemetery, Blairs 
Mills, R.D.
  Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the time 
of the service.
