CORE.

  Mrs. Mary M. Core, a faithful member of the Brethren church for 40 
years, died at her home in Puttstown, January 23, of a short but severe 
attack of pneumonia. She was sick but one week. Her age was 68 years, 4 
months and 18 days. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Edward Holmes and 
Mrs. Grant Smouse, of Saxton.
