DETWILER.

  Joseph Detwiler, who was a native of Water Street, died suddenly of 
heart disease in Sinking Valley on Monday afternoon, aged 63 years. He 
was a consistent member of the Reformed church and a soldier in the 
Civil war. One son and one daughter survive. Funeral in Canoe Valley 
to-day.
