DRAKE.

  Mrs. Maude Drake, wife of Theodore Drake, of Rockhill, died on Sunday 
evening, April 27, after an illness of three days.  She leaves to mourn 
her departure her husband and four small children, the youngest a baby 
three months old.  She was 25 years of age.  Mrs. Drake was a member of 
the M. E. church, and her funeral services were conducted by her 
pastor, Rev. R J. Knox, from her late resident on Tuesday afternoon, 
April 29.  The sympathy of the entire community is extended to the 
sorrowing relatives and friends.
