Theodore Drake, son of Sanford and Martha Drake, died in the Kistler hospital on Friday, Nov. 1, from pneumonia. He had been sick for a week. Deceased was born in Bedford county in 1882 and went to Orbisonia in 1889 where he was married to Miss Maud Booher in 1903. She died on April 27, 1913. To that union there were five children born, of whom three are living: Earl, Anna and Ethel. The deceased later moved to Mount Union, where he was employed at the Mount Union Refractories Company plant until the time of his death. In 1916 he was married to Mrs. Nona Taylor and resided in Kistler. He worked with the repairing gang at the Mount Union Refractories, and was a steady and conscientious employe.
