ELEANOR "ONIE" V. EMERY 

  Eleanor "Onie" V. Emery, 82, of No. 1 LBJ Sr. Drive died Tuesday 
March 16, 2004 at Fort Walton Beach Med Center in Florida.
  Born Feb. 7, 1922 in Warriors Mark, she was the daughter of Mary 
Catherine (Nearhoof) and John Thomas Voyzey. On Jan. 10, 1942 in 
Warriors Mark, she married Ira (Gus) James Emery, who died in January 
1971.
  She was a member of the Spring Mount Church of the Brethren.
  She worked for Huntingdon and Centre County Telephone Co. as an 
operator and later in the business office and switch person for 45 
years, retiring in 1980.
  Surviving is a daughter, Marjorie and husband George Pope of Fort 
Walton Beach, Fla.; a son, Thomas L. Emery of Renton, Washington; two 
grandsons, Marc and Stephen; four great-grandchildren, Jacob, Hailey, 
Mia and Madison; and one brother, Donald C. Voyzey of Warriors Mark.
  Funeral were held at 11 a.m. today at the Bruce E. Cox Funeral Home 
in Warriors Mark with Rev. Peggy Bonsell officiating. Interment was at 
Spring Mount Cemetery.
