Death of a Well-Known Business Man.

Special to the TRIBUNE.
  HUNTINGDON, Pa., February 28. - William A. Fleming, esq., a member of 
Huntingdon bar and one of our best known business citizens, died at his home 
here last evening, of consumption, aged 46 years.  His illness had extended 
over a period of two years, but did not prevent him from attending to his 
business affairs until very recently.  He was confined to bed only three days 
preceding his death.  He was a prominent Odd Fellow, and an exemplary member 
of the Baptist church.  He leaves a widow and six children.
