FLOOD Mrs. Maude E. Flood of Blairs Mills, R.D. 1, widow of Charles T. Flood, died at 6:45 a.m. Tuesday, May 13, 1947, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Paul Reisinger of Loysville. Death followed a lingering illness. Born in Juniata County, on Oct 5, 1881, she was the daughter of Henry and Anna (Beale) Kent. Her husband died on Sept. 20, 1929. Six children are surviving: Ralph H., Ross B., Charles M., Lauren E., and Glenn D. Flood, all of Blairs Mills, and Mrs. Paul Reisinger of Loysville. Four grandchildren are also surviving. Mrs. Flood was a member of the Salem Evangelical United Brethren Church and belonged to the Ladies Aid of the church. The Rev. George Phillips and the Rev. Clarence Chubb will conduct the funeral service in the Salem Evangelical United Brethren Church on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. DST. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. Flood, of Blairs Mills, R.D., died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Paul Reisinger of Loysville, Pa., on Tuesday, May 13, 1947 at 6:45 a.m., after a lingering illness, aged 65 years, 7 months and 8 days. The deceased was a daughter of the late Henry Kent and Hanna Beale and was born in Juniata County, Oct. 5, 1881, and is survived by the following children: Ralph H., Ross B., Charles M., Lauren E., and Glenn D., all of Blairs Mills, Pa., and Mrs. Paul Reisinger of Loysville, Pa., and four grandchildren. Her husband preceded her in death in Sept., 1929. She was a member of the Salem Evangelical U. B. church and the Ladies Aid and services were held in that church Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock D.S.T., conducted by the Rev. Geo. Phillips and Rev. Clarence Chubb, after which interment was made in the adjoining cemetery under the direction of Funeral director, W. D.
