C. Blair Memorial Hospital, Huntingdon, following a four-year battle with cancer. A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 29, at the New Grenada Church of God, New Grenada, with Pastor Kenneth Cornelius and Pastor David Oldham officiating. Flowers were provided by the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, Orbisonia. He was born November 7, 1961 at McConnellsburg, and he was the son of Ronald D. Foreman who survives of Broad Top and the late Edith (Knepper) Foreman. He was raised in Waterfall. He was married to the former Barb Meshyock on October 6, 1995. Mrs. Foreman survives at their home. Along with his wife, he is survived by a son, Russell Foreman, at home; two stepsons, Christopher Spencer, of Hyde Park, NY and Scott Spencer and his wife April, of Huntingdon; four grandchildren: Christopher Spencer, Hyde Park, NY and Alexyss Spencer, Ashlyn Spencer and Cameron Spencer, of Huntingdon. A grandmother, Mary E. Knepper, of McConnellsburg and the following brothers and sisters also survive: Robert Foreman and wife Cathy, of Neelyton; Carol Hoffman and husband Michael, of Pleasant Hall; Connie Burget and husband Joe, of Duncannon; Tina Stone and husband Gary, of Cabot and Liana Hall and husband Michael, of Saltillo. A number of aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. One son, Ryan Foreman, preceded in death in 2006. Mr. Foreman attended the New Grenada Church of God, New Grenada. He was a self-employed carpenter. Mr. Foreman was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother. Everyone knew how wonderful and special he was. He was a good friend to many and was a gentle man who was always helping others. His greatest joys in life were motor cross racing with his twin sons and spending time with family and friends at Ryan's North Forty Camp in Lycoming County, where he had built his beautiful cabin. He also enjoyed hunting with his sons, stepson and granddaughter, striper fishing with his Dad and an occasional round of golf. The Valley Log, Orbisonia, Pa., January 30, 2008
