John Forsha, a resident of Millwood, Westmoreland county, died on Saturday, March
26th, 1881, aged 85 years. Mr. Forsha was born in Huntingdon county, this state,
where he lived until he was sixteen years of age at which time he removed to a place
known as Kingston Forge, Westmoreland county. After moving several times he settled
at the above named place, and spent the rest of his long and useful life. For
thirty-five years he has lived there, and a large number of friends and relations
mourn his departure. He was a consistent member of the Lutheran church and, from his
youth, had been a defender of Republican principles. Mr. Forsha was the father of
Mr. James Forsha of this place.
