HAZEL MARY HAWK 
Sister of Mrs. Albert Kane Died at Mapleton
 
  Hazel Mary Hawk, eldest daughter of David and Jessie Hawk, died 
yesterday at her home in Mapleton, death following a prolonged illness 
of complication of diseases.  
  She was born in Huntingdon,  September 3, 1893, and was a member of 
the United Brethren church of Mapleton.  
  In addition to her parents she is survived by these brothers and 
sisters:  Mrs. Frank Myers, of Alexandria;  Mrs. A. J. Kane, of Tyrone;  
Elmer Hawk, of Warren, Ohio, and Warren Hawk of Mapleton. 
  Funeral service will be held at the family home at 2.30 p.m. Monday,  
in charge of her pastor, the Rev. H. H. Hummel, assisted by the Rev. S. 
L. Pannebaker.  Burial will follow in the I.O.O.F. cemetery at Mt. 
Union.
