Dr. W. H. Heiser
Dr. William Henry Heiser, aged 68, well-known physician of Alverda,
died Monday evening at his home, following a stroke of apoplexy. Dr.
Heiser was a graduate of a medical school in Washington, D.C., and had
been a resident of this section for many years. Prior to coming to Alverda
14 years ago, he had been located in Nanty-Glo. Dr. Heiser is survived by his 
widow and two children, David A. Heiser, Pittsburgh, and Mrs. Arch Repine, 
Alverda. Funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon at the Heiser 
home. Interment will be in the McDowell cemetery.
