ELIZABETH HENRY Mrs. Elizabeth Ramsey Henry, widow of John Henry, died at her home in Miller township, near Cornpropst Mills, on Monday, April 22, at 10.30 a.m. as a result of pneumonia, with which she had been afflicted for five days previous to her death. Deceased was the daughter of David and Elizabeth Ramsey, and was born at Manor Hill 81 years ago. She was united in marriage to John Henry, of West township, where the greater part of her single and married life was spent. Her husband preceded her to the grave several years ago; hence she, with a son and daughter remained at the old homestead until her death. She is survived by two daughters and one son, as follows: Mrs. Effie, wife of John Blair, of Shavers Creek Valley; Miss Mollie Henry, at home; and Charles Henry, who is employed in Altoona. Mrs. Henry was the last survivor of a family of five children. She was a consistent member of the Methodist church, and a highly respected woman. Funeral services were conducted at her late home Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock, by the Rev. Samuel J. Pittinger, with interment in Mooresville cemetery.
