His wife had been ill with the same disease and he contracted it by nursing her. Deceased was the son of Emanuel and Mae Houser and was born near Bellefonte, Pa., and was aged at time of death about 31 years. He was united in marriage to Miss Julia Lamberson, a daughter of John and Louanna Lamberson of Eleventh street. He was well known in Huntingdon, where he had been formerly in the employ of C. A. Vuille. He is survived by his wife, his parents, one sister, Roxie, wife of Allen Hoy, of Wilkinsburg, and one brother, Fred Houser of Bellefonte. The remains were brought to Huntingdon on Wednesday morning, where services were held, and interment made. Altoona Times, Altoona, Pa., Saturday Morning, November 9, 1918
