Nancy Corson James, 68, of 3714 Sunrise Drive, La Porta, Texas died Saturday, 
Jan. 8, 1983 in the Methodist Hospital, Houston, Texas following a brief 
illness.

Mrs. James was formerly of Mount Union. Born June 30, 1914 in Philipsburg, she 
was a daughter of David C. and Mary (Miller) Corson. Her husband, W.K. James, 
survives. She is also survived by a daughter, Mrs. Nancy A. Winders of La 
Porta, Texas, two grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Raymond (Mary Elizabeth) 
Lane of Chambersburg. Mrs. James was a 1932 graduate of the Mount Union Area 
High School.

Private funeral services were held this morning, Jan 10, in La Porta.
