Alfred Jamison, Mapleton Depot, died at his home Wednesday, Dec 21 of complications. He was born in Centre County, July 5, 1860. Surviving are his wife and three daughters, Mrs. Margaret Banks and Mrs. Myrtle Foster, Mapleton; Mrs. Viola Stubbs, Williamsburg; one son, John, of Smith Valley; three brothers, Newton of Chester county, and Arthur and Isaac of Bellwood; and five sisters, Mrs. A. J. Wittaker, Shirleysburg; Miss Sarah Jamison, Bellwood; Mrs. Viola Greenland and Miss Lida Jamison, both of Saltillo, and Mrs. Olive Stevens, Spruce Creek. He was a member of the Baptist church of Saltillo for more than 50 years. Funeral services were conducted at the home Saturday. Burial in the I.O.O.F. cemetery Mapleton.
