Johnson, eldest daughter of Mrs. Mary S. and the late Rev. J. C. Johnson, died suddenly last Thursday morning at her home in Johnstown, from typhoid fever. She had been a resident of Huntingdon for several years, having moved to Johnstown from here the latter part of last winter. She was an exemplary Christian, with a wide coterie of friends in Huntingdon, and was a member of the Brethren church. She is survived by her mother and the following brothers and sisters: Prof. Carman C. Johnson, of Pittsburgh; Joseph I., Lida: Mary, Grace, Irene and Sadie Johnson of Johnstown. Her remains were interred in Riverview cemetery here Saturday afternoon. The Huntingdon Globe, Thursday, May 8, 1913
