For more than two thirds of her life. "Marge", "Grandma Marge" to some, and "Mimi" to others taught the love and virtues she stood for to her son, her step son and her eighteen grandchildren and great-grandchildren from three different families. Sometimes she demonstrated tough love, but never without compassion. Her great-granddaughter, age 5, about two weeks before Mrs. Kessler's death, on the last day of a ten day visit, seeing a rapid decline in her great-grandmother's health, asked her mother if Grandma Marge "would become an angel." Within a few hours after Mrs. Kessler's passing, this same five-year old, at home in Virginia, awoke crying telling her mother that she had a bad dream. In her dream she saw Grandma Marge waving and saying good bye. Now "Grandma Marge" is Alexandra's "special angel." Marjorie E.
