  Martha, the little daughter of Samuel H. and Margaret Knode, aged about 19 
months, died at the family home near Huntingdon Furnace, at 3 o'clock Friday 
afternoon last and was buried at Alexandria at 11 o'clock Sunday afternoon.  
The child was afflicted with spinal meningitis.
