Lewis died at his home on Ninth street, this place, Sunday morning, of influenza and pneumonia, which he contracted in Altoona ten days ago, where he was employed as a painter by the P.R.R. He was a son of John H. Lewis, proprietor of the Fourth street restaurant, and was 32 years old. He was a splendid man, a member of the Presbyterian church from boyhood, and had a wide circle of friends. He was married to Mrs. Nannie Whittaker, a widow, and was the father of three children: Walter, Minerva and John. Two children to Mrs. Lewis' first husband also survive. The brothers and sisters of deceased are as follows: John, Davis, William, Cyrus, Della, Minerva and Flora, all of Huntingdon. The funeral, which was private, was held on Tuesday afternoon, Rev.
