LOCAL AND PERSONAL.

  James H. Miller, aged 26 years, a brakeman on the Pittsburgh Division 
of the P.R.R., while endeavoring to couple cars in the Altoona yard on 
Friday evening of last week, was caught and so severely injured that he 
died in two hours after being hurt.  He was a son of Mr. John Miller, 
of West Huntingdon, from whose residence the remains were buried Sunday 
afternoon.
