Miller, aged 34, of Warriors Mark, superintendent of the Tyrone Lime & Stone company for the past eight years, died in the State hospital, Philipsburg, yesterday morning after an illness of seven weeks. He was born in Tyrone May 12, 1914, a son of David and Annabelle (McBride) Miller, graduating from Tyrone High school in the class of 1931 and from the School of Electrical Engineering, New York city, in 1935. He married Jennie Jackson Wilson in the Graysville Presbyterian church in February, 1938. Surviving are his wife, the following children: Ann, Christine, Chris, John, Sam and Timmy, at home; his mother, of Tyrone, and the following sisters and brother: Mrs. Phyllis Radcliffe and Mrs. Mary Labowskie of Norristown, Mrs. Doris Williams of St. Petersburg, Fla., Mrs. Myra Shellenberger of Altoona and Reginald A. Miller of Tyrone. Mr. Miller was a member of the Warriors Mark Methodist church. Friends are being received at the home. Altoona Mirror, Thursday, August 19, 1948
