Warren J. Moffett died on Sunday on his fifty-seventh anniversary at his home 
at Elwood City.  He was born in Shaver’s Creek Valley, a son of Hiram and 
Lydia Moffett.  He leaves a wife, a daughter Mrs. Genevieve Hartzell, of New 
Castle; four grandchildren, and three brothers, Howard F., of Tipton; Mahlon 
L., of Bellwood, and Frank D., of Marysville.  He was a member of the Elwood 
City Presbyterian church, and the funeral will be conducted there this morning 
at 10 o’clock.
