Thomas Moore, one of Huntingdon's best known citizens, died on Tuesday, aged about 80 years. He was a native of Ireland; came to the United States in 1808, and resided in Huntingdon practically ever since. He was a very gentle man, a good citizen, and devoted member of the Second M. E. church. Deceased is survived by the following children: Miss Mary and William, at home; Sarah, wife of George Weefly, of Niagara Falls; John, of Claysburg; Elizabeth, wife of M. J. Gernet; Annie, wife of David Prough, and Gilbert, all of Huntingdon. The funeral will be held this afternoon. The Huntingdon Globe, Thursday, October 24, 1918
