MRS. ANNIE MYERS.

  The death of Mrs. Annie Myers, wife of Michael Myers, of Smithfield 
township, which occurred Tuesday morning, was a sad surprise to her 
many friends and acquaintances. Though Mrs. Myers had been in poor 
health for several years her death was not expected so soon, and the 
suddenness with which this fatality stole upon her makes it doubly hard 
for her loved ones whom she has left behind to bear. The cause of her 
death is attributed to nervous prostration from which she had been a 
sufferer for the past three or four years. Deceased was the daughter of 
Henry Brumbaugh, who resides near James Creek; and was aged about 35 
years. She was a member of the Brethren church and was an excellent 
lady. She leaves to mourn their loss a husband and one son.
