  John Nearhoof died at the residence of his nephew, Abram Nearhoof, where he 
made his home, last Sunday, of heart trouble, aged 72 years.  He was 
unmarried.  Funeral services at the German Baptist Brethren church at Cross 
Roads, were conducted yesterday by Rev. W. S. Long, of Tyrone.  Interment 
followed in the Nearhoof burying ground.
