  Calvin Porter died at his home at Alexandria at 5.30 o'clock yesterday 
afternoon of pleuro-pneumonia, aged 69 years.  He was the son of Charles and 
Anna Porter, both deceased, and was unmarried.  Surviving him are one brother, 
Alfred, and two sisters, Mrs. Caroline Stevenson, of Alexandria, and Miss Mary 
Porter, of Creighton, Pa.  George B. Porter and Mrs. Anna Lyon, of Tyrone, are 
cousins of the deceased.  The funeral will take place at 1 o'clock Wednesday 
afternoon.  Interment in Presbyterian cemetery at Alexandria.
