Querry, aged 78, died at his home in Calvin on Sunday after an illness of several months. He was a member of the Calvin Methodist church. Besides his widow, Mrs. Flora Miller Querry, he is survived by five sons and six daughters, Albert Querry of Mapleton Depot, John and Eston Querry of Huntingdon, Hayes Querry of Calvin, Chester Querry of Roaring Spring, Mrs. Pearl Bare, Mrs. Edna Park and Mrs. May Querry, all of Mapleton Depot, Mrs. Rose Pheasant of Cassville, Mrs. James Dell of Huntingdon and Mrs. Mildred Endres of Calvin, also one sister, Mrs. Grace Heck of Ohio. Jesse E. Querry Jesse E. Querry died at his home in Trough Creek valley, near Calvin, Sunday morning, September 24, 1939, at 11:45 o'clock. He was born in Hares valley, October 15, 1861, a son of James and Mary (Apgar) Querry, both deceased. At the time of death he was aged 77 years, eleven months and nine days. On December 8, 1881 he was united in marriage with Flora Mae Miller, who survives with these children: Albert J. Querry, Mrs. Pearl Blair, Mrs. Mae Querry, all of Mapleton Depot; John E. Querry, a prominent citizen of Huntingdon county, passed away at his late home near Calvin on Sunday morning, Sept. 24, 1939, at 11:15 o'clock, following an illness of about ten weeks. He was in his 78th year. Funeral services will be held at the Calvin M. E. church at 10:00 o'clock Wednesday forenoon. Interment in Bowman's Chapel cemetery. McClain's funeral service.
