LARKIN REED

  Larkin Reed, who had been employed at the Blue limestone quarry at 
Union Furnace, was brought to the Blair Memorial hospital last 
Wednesday at noon, suffering from influenza and pneumonia and died on 
Thursday morning at 5 o'clock.  He was born in Madison, Va., and was 
aged 35.  He is survived by his mother, one brother and two sisters, 
all of Pittsburg.  The body was interred in Riverview cemetery on 
Saturday afternoon.
